Sorel Winter Boots

The Sorel caribou is my own particular favorite among the Sorel shoes. This is a boot that is designed for low temperatures. Recollect that as you buy them. You will never buy another wed of winter boots that is as proper as this one. The Caribou is indeed rated all the way down to -40 F. This should be plenteousness for most of the people who are living in arctic areas of the men. It has a rubber exclusive and is rubber strengthened all around the foot. The loftier part of the boot is made from nubuck leather. This maker the shoes waterproof in additionally to keeping you stormy. That means that you can use it inopportune and unpunctually in the winter flavour without worrying about being wet or coldness on your feet. The boot also has a removable inner boot of felt, which is very at one's fingertips for drying it or warming it after or before use. The only poser I have discovered with the Sorel Caribou winter boot is that it is graceful fat. You don’t hunger to take these shoes on if you are planning to creep over major distances.

Winter Boots.... Columbia vs. Sorel?

I have the Bugabootoos. Well, you sure won't be climbing the Bugaboos with these things, but they are good winter hikers.. I think they're supposed to be rated to -32C, but I would not reccomend them for that temperature (i tested them on a -28C day and got frozen toes within an hour or 2). I looked at the Sorels online, and they claim to be rated to minus 22C I think. So they'll likely provide even less warmth.

Unless you're hiking, why not get the classic Sorel winter boots, ya know, with the removable liners... Those things are warm!

Winter Boots?! Help!?

Oh, sweet. I live in Canada, too. (:
Well, i really do like UGGS only because how warm they are.
& i mean warm, and comfy no lie. Also, they last a long time.
I've had mine for 3 and half years now. And they are still in
amazing shape. The cons of UGGS are how overworn they are.
EVERYONE has them, and its kind of annoying. & also, the
fact that APPARENTLY they kill the sheep.
( I dont really know if thats true though, so yep. )
I dont really believe that , but if they do , well thats sad.
I really like BLOWFISH boots, but i dont really know if
they are all that warm and great for winter. But they are
really cute, and i havent really had any problems with them,
although i have only had mine since around December.
There are these ones, http://store.delias.com/item.do?categoryID=1924&itemID=47873&sizeFilter=&colorFilter=&brandFilter=
or if your more into taller boots, these ones. http://store.delias.com/item.do?categoryID=1924&itemID=50147&sizeFilter=&colorFilter=&brandFilter=
I've only been to Toronto once, and i remember seeing blowfish
boots EVERYWHERE. but i dont recall the names. I saw them
alot at Eaton center, like shoe stores and stuff, and also the street
stores. Good luck, and hope i helped. :D

Love,
jasna.
